Delivery Manager – Business Systems & Application Changes

About the role

CodeNinja Inc. is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead business systems and application change initiatives for a major Saudi banking client. You will coordinate demand intake, oversee enhancements across multiple banking domains, and ensure smooth production releases.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end demand intake, prioritisation and delivery of application changes.
• Coordinate BRD/SRD preparation and enforce SDLC governance.
• Apply Agile delivery practices throughout the change lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the Transformation Office, business owners and BT delivery teams.
• Provide portfolio‑level visibility and regular delivery reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in application delivery or demand management within banking or large enterprises.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Technology or related field.
• PMP certification.
• Proven ability to manage demand across multiple business units.
