Deployment Engineer & Architect (AI Agent Solutions)

About the role

We are seeking a Deployment Engineer & Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI agent solutions built on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services. The role blends hands‑on engineering with architecture leadership to deliver production‑ready agents that automate and enhance business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end AI agent architectures across Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Build, deploy, and integrate agents using Copilot Studio with enterprise systems.
• Develop custom plugins, connectors, and workflows to extend agent capabilities.
• Lead technical design for the Agent Factory delivery and scaling models.
• Translate customer business use cases into technical solutions.
• Implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, data orchestration, and Azure AI landing zones.
• Ensure security, governance, and compliance across all solutions.
• Collaborate with AI Transformation Advisors and support testing, optimization, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong software engineering background with experience in .NET, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proven ability to design scalable, cloud‑native architectures.
• Hands‑on experience with Copilot Studio and Azure AI (including Azure AI Foundry).
• Understanding of multi‑agent patterns, orchestration, and automation.
• Experience with RAG architectures, Azure AI Search, and data pipelines.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration points such as Microsoft Graph and SharePoint.
• Solid grasp of enterprise security, identity (Entra ID), and AI governance.
