Deployment Strategist – Arabic Speaking

About the role

Salesforce is looking for a Deployment Strategist who speaks Arabic to join its AI‑focused delivery teams. In this customer‑facing position you will define AI strategy, design agentic solutions, and ensure successful deployment and adoption for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end engagements, guiding customers through Identify, Commit, Deploy, and Consume phases.
• Define the client’s Agentic AI roadmap, run design workshops and jobs‑to‑be‑done analyses.
• Architect solutions that integrate Salesforce’s agentic AI platform, Data Cloud, and other enterprise systems while embedding responsible AI governance.
• Manage timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting for each engagement.
• Own adoption and consumption metrics, identify blockers early, and drive measurable value realization.
• Coordinate closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with technical execution.
• Develop customer solutions using cutting‑edge AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Vibes.
• Serve as the primary contact for senior customer stakeholders, building trust‑based relationships.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Strong customer‑facing advisory experience, preferably in AI or enterprise technology deployments.
• Ability to manage complex, time‑bound projects and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
