Development Manager – Hotel Portfolio Expansion (KSA)

About the role

The Development Manager will lead the expansion of Accor’s managed and franchised hotel portfolio across the Middle East and Africa, with a primary focus on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and finalising development projects for all Accor brands, covering new builds, conversions, and mixed‑use projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, investors and partners to understand project objectives and branding requirements.
• Conduct market analysis, feasibility studies and financial modelling to evaluate new opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver development pitches, negotiate contracts and remove obstacles throughout the deal‑making process.
• Collaborate with regional development teams and internal departments to align agreements with operational constraints.
• Represent Accor at local and international seminars, exhibitions and industry events.
• Validate monthly reports for inclusion in global reporting and generate leads for Premium, Mid‑scale and Economy segments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Real Estate, Finance or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality development.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong stakeholder‑engagement abilities and knowledge of hotel operations, accounting and branded residences.
