Digital Communications Specialist

About the role

The Digital Communications Specialist will oversee the company’s digital presence, ensuring that the website, intranet, and social media channels deliver consistent, engaging, and professional content. Working closely with internal teams, the specialist will coordinate, review, and publish material that aligns with the brand and communication strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the corporate website and internal portal (Intranet).
• Oversee all company social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and publishing.
• Collect, review, and publish approved content from various departments.
• Ensure all digital content complies with brand guidelines and communication standards.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond when appropriate.
• Support internal communications and corporate announcements.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Communications (MarCom) team on campaigns and initiatives.
• Stay updated on digital communication trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital communications or content management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Proficiency in SharePoint.
• Knowledge of Umbraco CMS (highly preferred).
• Familiarity with social media management platforms.
• Basic graphic design or content creation skills.
