About the role

The Digital & Social Media Specialist will drive AlBawani Holding’s digital marketing strategy, enhancing brand visibility and engaging target audiences across all online channels. This role combines strategic planning, content management, and performance analysis to ensure a cohesive digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media, website, and paid advertising platforms.
• Manage and grow social media channels, creating and scheduling engaging content.
• Maintain website content using CMS tools, ensuring up‑to‑date information and SEO best practices.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop visual and written assets that align with brand guidelines.
• Ensure consistent brand representation across all digital touchpoints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing or communications.
• Proven experience managing social media, website CMS, and digital advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into improvements.
