Director - Gaming & Esports Asset Strategy

About the role

The Director of Gaming & Esports Asset Strategy will lead the planning, development and advancement of gaming and esports assets for Qiddiya. You will translate high‑level vision into concrete asset strategies, ensuring each concept is commercially robust and aligned with the broader masterplan.

Key responsibilities

• Define value propositions, target audiences, experience design principles and commercial positioning for multiple gaming and esports assets.
• Translate vision into structured asset strategies, detailing product concepts, operating models and market differentiation.
• Support financial feasibility and business case development in partnership with Finance and Development teams.
• Design and oversee operator selection, procurement approaches, evaluation frameworks and appointment processes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional inputs from Strategy, Partnerships, Development, Legal, Procurement and Finance.
• Drive asset advancement across districts, ensuring alignment with masterplanning, IP strategy and destination objectives.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations, business cases and briefing materials for leadership and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to budgeting, phasing and capital planning discussions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy advisory or equivalent high‑impact strategy roles.
