Director Liquidity Management & Projections

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Liquidity Management & Projections to lead the development of financing strategies, liquidity modelling and cash‑flow forecasting in support of the company’s capital‑expenditure programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in devising financing strategy and arrange long‑term financing aligned with CAPEX requirements.
• Coordinate with Budgeting & Planning, Commercial and Network departments to prepare business plans and produce liquidity scenarios based on free cash flow.
• Develop and analyse loan and funding models to meet timely CAPEX needs.
• Maintain the optimal capital structure and manage relationships with banks and credit institutions.
• Monitor creation of asset, liability and liquidity risk models and ensure alignment with budgeting.
• Perform other duties as required by senior management.

Required profile

• Relevant finance or accounting education.
• Proven experience in liquidity and risk management at a senior level.
• Demonstrated ability to manage banking relationships and develop funding models.
• Experience in overseeing direct reports and driving departmental performance.
