Director of Corporate Enablement

About the role

The Director of Corporate Enablement will lead and coordinate all corporate support services for a cultural and heritage programme, ensuring seamless HR, finance, procurement, legal, IT, and administrative operations. This senior role reports to central Qiddiya Group functions and acts as the single point of accountability for on‑site service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and continuously improve corporate support services across HR, finance, procurement, legal, IT, and administration.
• Define service priorities, workflows, and escalation mechanisms to maintain responsiveness and efficiency.
• Oversee on‑site HR operations, including onboarding, workforce mobilization, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Collaborate with Group HR on recruitment, manpower planning, policies, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Support development and consolidation of departmental budgets, monitor operating expenses, and ensure financial discipline.
• Lead procurement coordination, vendor onboarding, lifecycle management, and compliance with procurement policies.
• Coordinate legal requirements, contract reviews, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Manage IT administration and on‑site system enablement to support daily operations.
• Liaise with government entities and external groups as part of the cultural ecosystem.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading corporate support functions in a large‑scale or event‑driven environment.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, finance budgeting, procurement processes, legal compliance, and IT administration.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple internal and external stakeholders and ensure alignment with central group functions.
• Demonstrated leadership and decision‑making skills to drive service excellence during peak periods.
