Director of Finance

About the role

The House Hotel in Jeddah is looking for an experienced finance leader to direct all financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic insight that supports the hotel’s growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations of the hotel, guaranteeing accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses in line with corporate and ownership requirements.
• Manage cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, payroll coordination, and treasury controls.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Implement and monitor internal controls, audit processes, and financial policies to safeguard assets.
• Collaborate with department heads to support cost control, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee procurement processes, supplier contracts, and invoice approvals.
• Support pre‑opening or seasonal ramp‑up activities, including system setup and financial procedures.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to hotel management.

Required profile

• Familiarity with local accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Proven ability to implement internal controls and audit processes.
• Strong analytical and budgeting capabilities.
