Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the FP&A function in Riyadh. The role will drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and provide decision‑support across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the financial planning and analysis strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long‑range planning and scenario modelling.
• Advise executive leadership on performance, profitability improvement, investment priorities and business risks.
• Oversee preparation, consolidation and governance of operating budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance against targets and produce monthly, quarterly and annual management reports.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Human Resources and Commercial teams to deliver financial insights for strategic decisions.
• Evaluate new business opportunities, pricing strategies, capital investments and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, business expansion, restructuring and strategic investment evaluations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a Financial Planning & Analysis function.
• Strong ability to influence senior leadership with data‑driven recommendations.
• Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
