Director of People & Culture

About the role

Rewaa is seeking a Director of People & Culture to lead the full people agenda for its fast‑growing SaaS retail platform. Reporting to the executive team, you will design and execute strategies that attract, develop and retain talent while ensuring operational excellence, governance and compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Translate Rewaa’s business strategy into a multi‑year people plan covering workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy and culture.
• Partner with the CEO, COO and C‑suite as a trusted advisor on succession, organizational effectiveness and strategic workforce decisions.
• Lead talent acquisition for engineering, product, commercial and operations functions, building an employer brand that appeals to top Saudi and regional tech talent.
• Design and maintain compensation philosophy, salary bands and administer the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) in coordination with Finance and Legal (Carta).
• Develop career frameworks, competency models and management capability programmes, including new‑manager onboarding and leadership development.
• Oversee people operations, performance management, total rewards, employee engagement and off‑boarding processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior HR generalist or people leader in a high‑growth technology or SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated ability to scale organisations from 300 to several hundred employees, including organizational design and headcount planning.
• Strong business partnership skills with experience advising CEOs and C‑suite executives.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi labour regulations and experience working with government talent programmes.
