Director of Residence – Residential Operations Lead

About the role

The Director of Residence will lead the complete homeowner and resident experience at Novotel Residences, ensuring a high‑standard hospitality environment from pre‑move‑in through daily living. This senior position requires a proactive, guest‑focused mindset to maintain operational excellence and strong community relations.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically manage the entire Resident Journey, from pre‑move‑in to ongoing residency.
• Develop and enforce operational procedures, policies, and training programs to uphold residential service standards.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with homeowners and residents, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Oversee all residential operations, including maintenance, engineering, security, concierge, housekeeping, amenities, and common areas.
• Manage vendor contracts, monitor performance, and ensure value for money.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of residential staff.
• Conduct regular inspections to guarantee high presentation and operational standards.
• Collaborate with hotel departments (Property & Engineering, F&B, Housekeeping, Security, Front Office, Spa) for seamless service integration.
• Control financial performance, budgeting, and cost efficiency of the residential operation.

Required profile

• Saudi national with extensive experience in hospitality or residential property management.
• Proven leadership ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive service excellence.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with owners, residents, and external partners.
• Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities for operational and financial oversight.
