About the role
As a Food & Beverage Waiter at Hilton, you will create memorable experiences for guests by delivering friendly, efficient service and embodying the brand’s hospitality values.
Key responsibilities
- Provide upbeat, friendly service and look for ways to enhance each guest’s meal experience.
- Learn menu details, promotions, and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
- Take orders, enter them into the POS system, and deliver food and beverages promptly with attention to detail.
- Maintain a fully stocked, clean, and organized service station.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality and delivering warm guest experiences.
- Integrity, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
