Director of Residences - Four Seasons Red Sea

About the role

The Four Seasons Resort and Residence Red Sea at Shura Island, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a strategic, service-driven and highly experienced Director of Residences. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead the full residential operation so that owners, residents and guests receive personalised service and operational excellence. The resort is located on Shura Island, with about 149 rooms and suites, six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a spa, tennis courts, pools and two beaches.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Residences operations, ensuring Four Seasons standards are met.
• Build strong relationships with owners, residents and key stakeholders.
• Oversee residential services: owner requests, arrivals and departures, housekeeping coordination, maintenance follow-up, concierge support and lifestyle services.
• Work with Rooms, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Finance, F&B and People & Culture.
• Implement and monitor operating procedures, service standards and quality controls, and keep residence areas clean, safe and well presented.
• Manage owner and resident feedback, concerns and service recovery.
• Support budgets, service charges, forecasts and operational expenses, and monitor performance indicators and owner satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, property policies, brand standards and management agreements.
• Train and develop the Residences team, and support readiness, handover, system implementation and owner communication plans.
• Represent the residences professionally in meetings, inspections and owner interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Real Estate Management or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as Director of Residences, Residences Manager, Director of Rooms or senior operations leader in a luxury hotel, branded residences or high-end residential setting.
• Strong understanding of luxury residential operations, owner relations and property management.
• Fluency in English is essential; eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia is required.
