Director of Sales – Hotel Portfolio

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to lead sales performance across a portfolio of hotels. You will shape strategy, inspire a high‑energy team and drive revenue growth while delivering memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the hotel business plan with a focus on sales objectives and revenue generation.
• Monitor short‑term and long‑term sales targets, analyse results and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and maximise utilisation of automated sales and reservations systems.
• Keep up‑to‑date files for corporate, group, government and travel‑trade accounts with high revenue potential.
• Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Supervise group and individual sales enquiries, ensuring timely follow‑up and conversion.
• Negotiate corporate rates in line with the hotel’s revenue strategy.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with local and international clients through regular calls, visits and meetings.
• Oversee the SAP Cloud customer database to ensure accurate recording of sales activities.
