About the role
We are looking for an accomplished Director of Taxation to lead and grow our practice in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of professional experience, including at least three years in a consulting environment, and strong expertise in both direct and indirect tax as well as audit.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and expand the practice, driving business growth and new client acquisition.
- Provide strategic advisory across direct tax, indirect tax and audit.
- Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing team.
- Build strong client relationships and manage key accounts.
- Ensure service excellence, quality delivery and regulatory compliance.
Required profile
- Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Minimum three years in a consulting or advisory firm.
- Strong experience in direct tax, indirect tax and audit.
- Mandatory GCC experience; Saudi Arabia experience preferred.
- Proven ability to develop business, lead teams and manage senior client relationships.
