Qiddiya is entering a critical phase of growth and is looking for a high‑impact Director of Talent Acquisition to lead hiring across its incubation portfolio. This delivery‑focused leadership position requires you to operate strategically while staying hands‑on in the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for a portfolio of early‑stage operating companies, turning workforce plans into clear, executable hiring strategies.
• Ensure delivery against ambitious timelines, personally managing complex and senior‑level hires.
• Shape talent approaches in real time and maintain momentum across all roles.
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders while remaining actively engaged in day‑to‑day hiring activities.

Required profile

• Proven talent acquisition experience with a strong track record of delivering senior and business‑critical hires.
• Background in high‑growth, complex, or newly established environments, preferably supporting incubation models.
• Demonstrated player‑coach ability, balancing leadership responsibilities with hands‑on execution.
• Strong commercial judgment and the capability to translate workforce plans into practical hiring delivery.
• Credibility with senior stakeholders, able to challenge, influence, and drive decision‑making.
• Ability to work at pace while maintaining high standards of quality, governance, and candidate experience.
• Clear bias for action, ownership, and outcomes.
