Director - Web and Social Platforms

About the role

The Director – Web and Social Platforms will shape Qiddiya’s digital presence, driving brand visibility, engagement, and user experience across web and social channels. This senior role reports to senior leadership and works closely with marketing, content, IT and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated web and social media strategies aligned with corporate marketing and business goals.
• Oversee design, content, functionality and performance of Qiddiya’s websites and social platforms.
• Plan, launch and optimise social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, audience engagement and lead generation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency and seamless digital execution.
• Use analytics tools to monitor platform performance, user behaviour and campaign results, providing actionable insights.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging tools and technologies to continuously improve the digital ecosystem.
• Lead, mentor and grow a high‑performing web and social media team.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships for web development and social media services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, web management or social media leadership.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale web platforms and social media channels for high‑profile brands.
• Strong leadership, communication and strategic thinking abilities.
