Distribution Account Manager – Channel Sales

About the role

Join Dell Technologies Capital’s Channel Sales team in Riyadh as a Distribution Account Manager. You will be the primary liaison for our distributor and partner network, driving sales of Dell Technologies products, systems, and services across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage day‑to‑day relationships with lead distributors and channel partners.
• Identify, qualify, and execute mutually rewarding sales activities and business opportunities.
• Ensure high partner satisfaction with Dell solutions and act as the main point of contact.
• Resolve or appropriately escalate customer concerns.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to meet customer needs and company targets.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in channel or distribution management.
• Proven track record in the Saudi Arabian distribution/channel market.
• Experience with stock‑and‑sell business models or client product solutions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
