Divemaster – Dive Operations

About the role

The Dive Center Divemaster will lead dive excursions, support dive training and ensure smooth daily operations of the dive centre at Red Sea Sports & Entertainment. This site‑based role is key to delivering safe, professional and memorable underwater tourism experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead certified divers on guided dives, ensuring safety, professionalism and high‑quality guest engagement.
• Assist PADI instructors with course delivery and maintain accurate training records.
• Prepare dive boats, equipment and teaching environments daily to guarantee operational readiness.
• Support daily cylinder filling, equipment handling and keep the dive centre clean and presentable.
• Contribute to retail and dive‑related sales activities as a brand ambassador for Galaxea experiences.
• Collaborate with sustainability teams to align operations with marine protection requirements.

Required profile

• Active, renewed PADI Divemaster certification with at least 250 logged dives.
• Strong knowledge of PADI courses, standards and dive centre operations.
• Hospitality and guest‑service experience, including health and safety awareness.
• Valid Fit‑to‑Dive medical and ability to handle basic equipment maintenance.
• Excellent written and spoken English and a proactive, guest‑focused attitude.
