Document Controller

About the role

The Document Controller will work full‑time on‑site in Jeddah, ensuring that all project documentation is accurately organized, tracked, and distributed according to ICC standards and client requirements. This position supports project teams by maintaining reliable records and facilitating smooth communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Register and track incoming and outgoing project documents.
• Maintain version control and ensure the latest documents are available to relevant parties.
• Distribute documents to project teams, clients, and partners as needed.
• Prepare and update project documentation logs.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of all documents.
• Archive records for easy retrieval and long‑term storage.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to meet documentation deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong document control experience, preferably in construction or engineering.
• Ability to create, organize, and manage clear documentation and records systems.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail and a structured, organized work approach.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Jeddah and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
