Document Controller

About the role

Khatib & Alami is looking for a detail-oriented Document Controller to support document management and records administration within its engineering and construction operations. The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is full-time, and is open to Saudi nationals. The salary is SAR 8,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Organize, maintain and archive project documentation in line with established procedures.
• Register documents and track their circulation using the Aconex document management system.
• Monitor document revisions and ensure only approved versions are distributed and used.
• Coordinate with internal departments and technical teams so that document submissions and approvals are made on time.
• Maintain document registers, tracking logs and status reports.
• Keep project records confidential, accurate and accessible, and support efficient document retrieval and compliance with document control procedures.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality is required.
• Knowledge of document control procedures and the Aconex system.
• Strong organizational skills and an interest in developing a career in document management.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge or practical experience with the Aconex document management system.
• Understanding of document control procedures, filing systems, records management and document tracking.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, time management and coordination.
