Document Controller – Project Administration

About the role

Saipem is looking for a Document Controller to join the Document Administrative Team on the PMT Uthmaniyah Project, supporting Saudi Aramco. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and accessibility of all project documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, sort, number, scan and store incoming and outgoing documents such as drawings, contracts and reports using strict naming conventions.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date, secure document repository that is easily accessible to authorized engineering and construction team members.
• Log all incoming and outgoing transmittals and correspondence from client, contractor and subcontractors.
• Review documents for accuracy before distribution and enforce document control processes and procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in document control or project administration.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and operating systems.
