Drilling Rig Foreman (Rig-Less) - Well Completion

About the role

Eram Talent, a division of the ERAM Group, is recruiting a Drilling Rig Foreman (Rig-Less) for the Oil & Energy sector in Dhahran. The role supervises field operations at land and/or offshore well completion sites, whether contractor or Saudi Aramco owned, and carries direct responsibility for the safe and efficient drilling or working over of wells across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its territorial waters.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise well completion operations 24 hours a day, on a 14 days on, 7 days off schedule, at sites remote from headquarters.
• Direct all well operations safely and in line with the Well Completion program and approved standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate ordering of materials, equipment and services, document receipt, use and transfer of Saudi Aramco-supplied items, and review service company field tickets for accuracy of work and charges.
• Ensure Saudi Aramco blowout prevention standards and site safety standards are met, and that contracts on Saudi Aramco sites are followed.
• Provide a daily morning report of work progress and promote cost-saving ideas.
• Provide on-the-job training to less experienced personnel.
• Handle fiscal accountability for Saudi Aramco equipment and materials, and coordinate logistics such as transportation, material movement, water support and road/location support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with 10 years of experience in well completion and high-pressure oil and gas wells.
• Or, high school or completion of ITC (English, ERW; Math, MI), with 15 years of related experience.
• Proven ability to handle operational responsibilities on critical wells, with sound judgment, dependability, honesty and leadership.
