Dynamics 365 CRM Developer – Riyadh

About the role

TCS (MEA) is looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM professional to design, develop, and maintain CRM solutions for its clients in Riyadh. The role involves customizing the platform, integrating with other services, and ensuring smooth production support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
• Create and maintain plugins, custom workflow activities, custom actions, and JavaScript.
• Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security roles.
• Develop integrations using Web API, REST services, WCF services, Azure services, and third‑party applications.
• Perform solution deployment and migration across environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CRM‑related issues.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Prepare technical documentation and deployment guides.
• Support production environments and conduct root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Strong understanding of CRM customization, security model, and solution management.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
