E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced E‑Commerce Marketplace Specialist to manage our seller portals on major platforms such as Noon, Amazon and Trendyol. The role will support the launch and scaling of our B2C online operations in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update product listings, catalogs, SKUs and pricing across all marketplace portals.
• Process customer orders, coordinate fulfillment, dispatch and delivery, and handle returns, refunds and cancellations.
• Monitor marketplace performance, sales KPIs and commercial fees, and produce regular performance dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and coordinate with internal teams (sales, procurement, warehouse, finance, customer service).
• Build and sustain professional relationships with marketplace account managers and business partners.
• Identify and resolve operational issues quickly to improve product visibility and ranking.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience managing e‑commerce seller accounts on major marketplaces.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven reporting abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work independently.
