EBC Executive

About the role

The EBC Executive supports Marriott’s Guest Services and Sales teams in Riyadh, delivering exceptional service to guests while driving revenue through up‑selling and loyalty initiatives. This full‑time position combines front‑line guest interaction with administrative support for the Sales & Marketing department.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and resolve guest calls, requests, and problems, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Apply sales techniques to maximize revenue, including up‑selling and promoting Marriott Rewards.
• Process reservations, changes, cancellations, and rewards redemptions using Marriott’s reservation system.
• Determine and provide complimentary gifts such as reward points, tickets, or certificates.
• Perform general office duties: filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and data entry.
• Assist management with employee training, motivation, and performance monitoring.
• Uphold company policies, maintain professional appearance, and protect confidential information.
• Support guests from arrival to departure, anticipating needs and delivering genuine appreciation.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality, guest services, or sales.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
