Electrical Estimator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to support a major construction project in the Riyadh region. The successful candidate will bring 8‑10 years of electrical quantity surveying and cost‑management experience across infrastructure and building projects, with a strong focus on post‑contract activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and verify electrical quantity take‑offs and measurements.
• Manage variations, claims and change orders.
• Monitor project costs and budgets, identifying potential cost impacts.
• Prepare interim payment applications and evaluate subcontractor payments.
• Review contract documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Support commercial and project‑management teams with cost reporting and forecasting.
• Coordinate with site, engineering and procurement teams for accurate cost control.
• Assist in final account preparation and project close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8‑10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure and building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, cost control, variation management and contract administration.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contract practices and post‑contract processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
