Electrical Maintenance Technician – Jubail

About the role

Tasnee is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join its Jubail plant. The role involves overseeing the electrical maintenance section, ensuring that all plant equipment operates safely and efficiently while meeting quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, allocate, and schedule manpower for daily maintenance tasks.
• Respond quickly to emergency repairs to restore equipment.
• Review and adjust preventive maintenance schedules for motors, transformers, MCC, switchgear, UPS, and VSB.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workplace in line with company standards.
• Lead daily toolbox talks and enforce HSE regulations.
• Coordinate standby coverage for plant turnarounds or shutdowns.
• Monitor overtime and ensure cost‑effective execution of maintenance work.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of operational experience in electrical maintenance within a chemical or petrochemical environment.
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).

Required skills

• Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Preventive maintenance planning.
• Experience with motors, transformers, MCC, switchgear, UPS, and VSB.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
