Production Manager

About the role

The ideal candidate will own the entire production process, strategize with internal teams to ensure operational excellence, and run quality assessments to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate the entire production process.
• Contribute to production planning and budgeting.
• Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe production environment and supervise occupational health and safety precautions.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and communicate business strategy with department managers.
• Estimate costs, prepare budgets, and organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Supervise production staff, labor, raw material requirements, equipment maintenance and purchasing.
• Prepare periodic reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Deep knowledge of production management.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Teamwork and ability to take on new assignments.
• Personal traits: discipline, punctuality, hardworking, committed.
• 5‑8 years of relevant experience.
