Employee Relations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and to ensure a fair, compliant workplace in Saudi Arabia. The role involves handling grievances, managing contracts through the Qiwa platform, and supporting Saudization initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
• Investigate complaints and conduct confidential, timely inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal HR policies.
• Prepare and manage employee contracts via the Qiwa platform, including new hires, renewals, and amendments.
• Monitor organizational compliance with Saudization (Tawteen/Nitaqat) requirements and support localization targets.
• Support disciplinary processes, including warnings, terminations, and appeals, with proper documentation.
• Advise managers on performance and behavioral issues.
• Maintain accurate employee relations records and reports.
• Coordinate with legal advisors on complex cases when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Employee Relations or HR, preferably in real estate or construction within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Qiwa platform processes, and Saudization regulations.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
