English Lecturer – Applied Medical Sciences College

About the role

Al-Ghad College of Applied Medical Sciences in Abha is seeking a qualified English Lecturer to join its faculty on a one‑year contract. The role involves delivering high‑quality English language instruction to undergraduate students in a full‑time, 48‑hour per week schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging English language lessons in line with the college’s curriculum.
• Develop teaching materials, assessments, and micro‑teaching sessions.
• Utilise educational technology to enhance classroom learning.
• Participate in the implementation of the college’s vision, mission, and academic programs.
• Maintain academic standards through regular evaluation and feedback.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in English (Applied Linguistics, TESOL, TESL, TEFL, Linguistics, or English Literature) with at least two years of teaching or training experience.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in English with a CELTA certificate and a minimum of five years of teaching or training experience.
• Good academic standing (grade “Good” or higher) and full‑time university qualifications.
• Successful completion of a personal interview.
