English Lecturer (TESOL) – Full‑time at Al‑Ghad College, Riyadh

About the role

Al‑Ghad College of Applied Medical Sciences is seeking a full‑time English Lecturer to join its Riyadh campus. The position is a one‑year contract focused on delivering high‑quality English language instruction to students in applied medical sciences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver English language courses in line with the college’s curriculum and academic standards.
• Develop and adapt teaching materials, assessments and micro‑teaching sessions.
• Integrate technology into classroom activities to enhance learning.
• Participate in the implementation of the college’s vision, mission and educational programs.
• Continuously update teaching methods based on current theories and best practices.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in English (Applied Linguistics, TESOL, TESL, TEFL, Linguistics, or English Literature) with at least two years of teaching or training experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in English plus a CELTA certificate and at least five years of experience.
• Degree must be from a Saudi university or an equivalent recognised by the Ministry of Education.
• Graduation grade of “Good” or higher, full‑time study record, and successful personal interview.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar.
• Ability to create engaging lessons and assess student performance.
• Competence in using classroom technology and digital teaching tools.
