Enterprise Account Manager – Riyadh

About the role

Checkout.com is seeking strategic and resourceful Enterprise Account Managers to join its Commercial team in Riyadh. In this role you will act as the trusted advisor for the company’s largest merchants, guiding them through the complex global payments landscape and ensuring long‑term partnership success.

Key responsibilities

• Drive merchant ROI by creating and executing development plans focused on revenue generation.
• Perform deep‑dive analyses of payment data to improve acceptance rates, reduce false declines, and optimise checkout flows.
• Identify and pursue upsell opportunities for new products and features, expanding share of wallet.
• Build high‑touch, consultative relationships to prevent churn and resolve complex merchant issues.
• Lead commercial negotiations with sophisticated enterprise clients, balancing push‑back with partnership goals.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Integration, Legal, and Product teams to deliver seamless merchant experiences.
• Advocate for merchant needs internally and represent the brand externally.
