Entry Level IT Engineer

About the role

MEMF Electrical Industries Co., Ltd., the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, supports Saudi Arabia’s power infrastructure with locally engineered electrical products. The company is looking for an entry‑level IT Engineer to join its Riyadh facility, providing technical support and assisting with network and system maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, modify, and perform minor repairs on computer hardware and software systems.
• Resolve technical support tickets and troubleshoot hardware, software, and process‑related issues.
• Test computer components to maintain system functionality and performance.
• Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure.
• Evaluate technical applications, test new software for compatibility, and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of experience.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
