ERP Product Manager - Accounting

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Product Manager to lead the Accounting and Finance modules within our enterprise suite. You will shape the product vision, work closely with clients, and drive cross‑functional delivery from discovery to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Lead major product initiatives and define the long‑term roadmap for core enterprise modules (HR, ERP, Accounting/Finance).
• Own product direction from discovery through delivery, translating business needs into clear PRDs and user stories.
• Facilitate discovery workshops with engineering, design, QA, and client‑facing teams.
• Collaborate with enterprise clients to understand complex workflows and create scalable solutions.
• Mentor junior product managers and support their career growth.
• Use data‑driven decision‑making to balance customer needs with business goals.
• Own KPIs such as adoption, retention, and revenue impact for assigned modules.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Hands‑on experience with HR systems and ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial systems (general ledger, invoicing, payroll integration).
• Background in a software house or delivery‑driven environment with multiple concurrent products.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
