ERP Sales Account Manager

About the role

The ERP Sales Account Manager will drive OdooTec’s growth in the Saudi Arabian market by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and proposal creation to contract signing and post‑sale support.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enforce sales processes while generating qualified leads through cold calls, emails and visits.
• Promote Odoo and related enterprise software solutions (ERP, CRM, HR, eCommerce, Retail POS) to prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare and manage proposals, contracts and sales back‑office operations.
• Track sales performance, report results and gather client feedback.
• Collect and document client data, payment methods and purchase history.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in software sales, preferably enterprise solutions.
• Proven track record selling ERP/CRM/HR/eCommerce systems in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of the sales cycle and ability to build a network of loyal buyers.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Odoo or similar ERP platforms.
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Google Sheets and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with cloud and SaaS business models.
