About the role
IBM’s Marketing, Communications & Corporate Social Responsibility team is seeking an Event & Experience Marketing Professional based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on designing and delivering client‑focused events that showcase IBM’s innovations and drive measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with demand generation, field marketing and partner acceleration teams to define event objectives, target audiences and success metrics aligned with business goals.
- Design integrated client journeys, including branding, content and engagement strategies, to capture and convert interest into pipeline and revenue.
- Manage end‑to‑end event processes and tools, ensuring compliance with IBM’s audit, legal and financial standards.
- Implement and oversee a Response Lead Management (RLM) plan to coordinate pre‑ and post‑event follow‑up across field and sales teams.
- Analyze event performance data, extract insights and apply data‑driven recommendations to improve future events.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required.
- Experience developing event strategies that drive business outcomes.
- Proven ability to create integrated event experiences that blend branding, content and engagement.
- Familiarity with end‑to‑end event process management and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance data.
- Exposure to Response Lead Management (RLM) processes.
