Executive Event Sales

About the role

The Executive Event Sales professional supports W Hotels’ sales and marketing team by handling guest inquiries, processing reservations, and promoting Marriott Rewards. This full‑time remote position focuses on maximizing revenue through up‑selling while maintaining high guest loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and resolve guest calls, requests, and problems across sales, data administration, and accounting.
• Apply sales techniques to up‑sell services and determine complimentary gifts such as reward points or tickets.
• Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
• Enter and manage Marriott Rewards information in the appropriate software.
• Perform general office duties for the Sales & Marketing department, including filing, emailing, typing, and faxing.
• Support management in training and motivating staff while upholding company policies and professional appearance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related sales or customer‑service experience.
• Strong communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
• No supervisory experience required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Marriott Rewards platform.
