Executive Sales (EBC)

About the role

The Executive Sales (EBC) position supports the Sales & Marketing team at Courtyard by Marriott Riyadh. You will act as a primary contact for guests, handling reservations, inquiries, and loyalty program requests while applying sales techniques to maximize revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and process guest calls, emails, and fax requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Manage reservation changes, cancellations, and new bookings through phone, fax or mail.
• Promote Marriott Rewards, up‑sell services, and provide complimentary gifts to loyal guests.
• Enter and maintain guest and rewards data in the appropriate software.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, typing, and sending emails to support the Sales & Marketing department.
• Assist management with employee training, motivation, and serve as a role model.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a sales or hospitality support role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in basic office software for data entry and email communication.
• Knowledge of Marriott Rewards program and standard sales techniques.
• Ability to handle physical tasks involving objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
