Executive Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an Executive Sales Representative to join Marriott International’s sales team at Le Méridien Riyadh. The role focuses on driving revenue through guest interactions, up‑selling, and managing Marriott Rewards for our clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest calls, requests and problems, coordinating with sales, data administration or accounting as needed.
• Apply sales techniques and up‑selling strategies to maximise revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Process Marriott Rewards redemptions, issue complimentary gifts and manage reservation changes via phone, fax or mail.
• Enter and maintain guest and rewards information in the Marriott system.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, emailing, typing and faxing to support the Sales & Marketing department.
• Assist management in training and motivating staff, and monitor performance against quality standards.
• Uphold company policies, maintain a professional appearance and protect confidential information.
• Handle light physical tasks (lifting ≤10 lb) and any additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum two years of relevant sales or office experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and internal teams.
• Willingness to follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.
