About the role

The Executive Search Consultant leads end‑to‑end executive search assignments for senior leadership and C‑level positions across multiple industries. You will partner closely with clients to understand strategic hiring needs, conduct market research, and manage the full search process through successful placement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead executive search assignments for Director, VP, Managing Director, CEO, CFO, CHRO, and Board‑level roles.
• Conduct client briefing sessions to capture business objectives, organizational structure, and cultural fit.
• Develop tailored search strategies, perform market mapping, and provide talent intelligence.
• Identify and engage passive executive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, executive networks, referrals, and industry databases.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews and prepare detailed assessment reports.
• Serve as primary client contact, present shortlisted candidates, advise on interview strategy and offer negotiations.
• Manage multiple search projects simultaneously, coordinating interviews and onboarding.
• Support business development by building client relationships and contributing to proposals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in executive search or senior‑level recruitment.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, compensation trends, and leadership movements.
• Excellent communication, confidentiality, and client‑service orientation.
