About the role

The Executive Vice President (EVP) will act as a strategic leader, shaping vision and direction across key operational areas and driving initiatives that align with the company’s overall business goals. The EVP will champion innovation, operational excellence, and ethical practices while improving performance and competitive positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business plans that support the organization’s mission and objectives.
• Lead the executive team in identifying growth opportunities, expanding market reach, and fostering innovation across business units.
• Oversee operational performance, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• Mentor and coach senior leaders to build a high‑performance culture.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory agencies.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Drive change‑management initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Lead enterprise‑wide projects, collaborations, and M&A activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in a multinational corporate environment.
• Proven track record in strategic planning and execution at the C‑suite level.
• Extensive experience managing cross‑functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen with experience handling large budgets and financial forecasts.
• Expertise in risk management, compliance, and industry regulations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change‑management and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Advanced analytical skills for interpreting complex data and market trends.
• Experience with enterprise‑wide initiatives, collaborations, and M&A.
• Strong ethical foundation and commitment to corporate responsibility and sustainability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
