Facilities Coordinator – Riyadh

About the role

The Facilities Coordinator will join CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Riyadh, supporting daily operations of client facilities. This full‑time position serves as the first point of contact for service requests, ensuring smooth site functioning, safety compliance, and high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison for all facility‑related enquiries, managing the help‑desk system efficiently.
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, working with suppliers, contractors, and engineers to achieve timely completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Assist the Facilities Manager with budget monitoring, invoice processing and purchase‑order administration.
• Maintain accurate records, including compliance documents, service reports and asset registers.
• Support office moves, refurbishments and small‑scale projects.
• Manage inventory of office supplies, furniture and equipment, placing orders as needed.
• Provide administrative support such as preparing reports and correspondence for the facilities team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities coordination, office management or a similar administrative role.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with a track record of handling multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues and external contractors.
• Proactive problem‑solver with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with a Computer‑Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system
• Understanding of health and safety principles (IOSH qualification advantageous)
