• Ph.D. in leadership, ethics, public administration, public policy, political science, economics, or a related field.
• Strong theoretical orientation and excellent methodological skills.
• Track record of publishing in high‑ranking journals or academic presses.
• Potential for effective graduate‑level teaching.
