Fashion Consultant - AL Nakheel Mall, Dammam

About the role

Chalhoub Group, a luxury retailer with over 10 owned brands and more than 950 stores across the Middle East, is hiring a Fashion Consultant at AL Nakheel Mall in Dammam. The consultant drives sales targets and guest experience, supports CRM and CX initiatives in-store, and contributes to business reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and collective sales targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience
• Support the implementation of CRM, CX and other customer and people initiatives in-store
• Collect data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews
• Drive client relationships within an omni-channel approach and give pre-buying feedback on products
• Promote the MUSE loyalty programme and keep up to date with app offerings
• Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and SOPs, and that click-and-collect is done within service-level agreements
• Capture customer data according to marketing team requirements and support in-store marketing events and activations
• Keep abreast of brand social media activities and campaigns, and support in-store CX initiatives

Required profile

• 2 years of experience in luxury fashion brands
• Intermediate to fluent English
