Field Sales Representative – Cleaning Products

About the role

We are looking for energetic Field Sales Representatives to join our trading and distribution company in Dammam. The role focuses on selling and distributing cleaning and detergent materials to B2B customers across the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to acquire new customers and expand the client base.
• Promote and sell cleaning and detergent products within the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and monitor market share.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, handling collections and outstanding payments.
• Provide regular sales reports, market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in field sales of FMCG or cleaning products.
• Valid Saudi driving licence (or transferable) and willingness to travel across the Eastern Province.
• Based in Dammam or ready to relocate; own car preferred (car allowance provided).

What we offer

• Gross monthly salary ranging from 3,700 SAR to 5,000 SAR, inclusive of basic salary, accommodation and transportation.
• Car allowance/compensation for those without a personal vehicle.
