Finance Consultant – VAT Specialist (KSA) – Immediate Start

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Consultant with deep expertise in VAT to join a leading multinational business operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role is immediate and focuses on ensuring compliance with VAT, withholding tax, and broader accounting regulations within the banking domain.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and apply VAT (input and output) and withholding tax rules across banking products.
• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and detailed process maps for tax and accounting workflows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align tax compliance with system implementations.
• Provide guidance on accounting rules, process flows, and ERP integration.
• Support the configuration and maintenance of VAT systems used in GCC countries.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in banking, accounting, finance, indirect tax, or ERP implementations.
• Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
• Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA are a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with VAT systems in GCC and knowledge of Oracle Financials.
• Strong analytical, detail‑oriented, and communication skills.
