Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and support strategic business objectives. The role combines financial planning, reporting, cash‑flow management and team leadership to ensure the company’s financial stability and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
• Monitor financial performance, analyse variances and advise senior management.
• Oversee cash‑flow, treasury activities and working‑capital requirements.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, accounting standards and internal policies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and address findings.
• Implement and maintain financial controls and risk‑management processes.
• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger functions.
• Support business planning, investment evaluation and strategic decision‑making.
• Mentor and develop finance team members.
• Liaise with banks, auditors and government authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred.
• 5–8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including managerial responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
